London based CAT students from the National Centre for Circus Arts were invited to perform at the Young V&As Summer Festival in July 2026.
The group created a 12 minute performance in response to the theme of ‘Friendship’ during the May half term which they performed twice as part of the festival in July alongside a busy programme of activity which also included drop in circus workshops.
The Young V&A (formerly the Museum of Childhood) is a space where children,young people and families can explore exhibitions around play, design and childhood in a fun and engaging setting – what better place for young circus artists to gain experience performing to audiences of over 500 people!?
